Chablis is a wonderful and complex wine among the great wines of Burgundy. It stands out for its unique organoleptic characteristics, especially the pronounced minerality on the nose and palate. These traits come from the soil dating back to the Jurassic period (Kimmeridgian), rich in marine fossils over 140 million years old.

This white grappa of Loredan Gasparini is made from a strict selection of grape skins obtained from high quality grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec coming from the vinification of the red wine “Capo di Stato” (Head of State). 

To enhance the parfumes and the grape varietie's characteristics, distillation is made in small copper still according to the traditional “bain-marie” discontinuous method. Traditional and elegant Grappa at 48 °.

Liqueur made by infusing chamomile flowers in an alcoholic solution.
The flowers are harvested in the mountains of Cadore, at an altitude of 900–1000 meters.

Our grappa is then added to the infusion.

The color of the product is entirely natural, thanks to the use of both fresh and dried chamomile flowers.

When consumed neat, we recommend serving it chilled
at a temperature of 6–8°C.

This is a very dry and well-balanced gin, with spicy sensations that emerge especially in the finish. A truly unique and original gin, both for the composition and quality of its raw ingredients and for its distillation method using traditional copper pot stills.
