It is made from rigosously selected marc-grapes obtained from high quality grapessuch as from Count Loredan Gasparini's Winery in Venegazzù. Distillation is made following the traditional discountinuous process of double boiling, the only one which enable to exalt tastes and scents, already being part in grapes at origin (Riva Vecia: Cabernet e Prosecco - Della Casa: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot Malbec).
