Its intense taste and aromas come from the use of fresh botanicals – the world's most elegant juniper and the most complex citrus fruit available on the planet. The Black Juniper is a rare variety that grows only at the highest altitudes of the Himalayas; the distinctive citrus notes come from freshly cut, organic bergamot peel, harvested in sun-kissed groves in Southern Italy.
This is a very dry and well-balanced gin, with spicy sensations that emerge especially in the finish. A truly unique and original gin, both for the composition and quality of its raw ingredients and for its distillation method using traditional copper pot stills.
Its sustainable principles are also highly appreciated.

This Curvée Special Brut Champagne expresses all the fullness and nobility, thanks to the iron selection that comes from 7 different crus cultiveted in Moussy and in other neighboring municipalities. However, the selection process continues in the cellar as it is used only the free-run must, the first part of the pressing. A distinctive feature of this Cuvée is also the long stay on the lees. In fact, this Champagne always comes out at least 8-10 years after the harvest.

This white wine represents the essence of the Collio appellation and in particular of the Blanchis hill. It is a blend made up of our original Friulano, an incredibly elegant Chardonnay, a touch of Malvasia and a fragrant Sauvignon. The Tocai Friulano is harvested when starting to be attacked by noble rot (botrytis cinerea) which creates a complexity hard to find in other production areas. Instead the Chardonnay, which is planted on the top of the Blanchis hill where the terrain is rich in limestone, is vinified in new oak barriques and gives the wine an incredible elegance. The Malvasia and the Sauvignon complete the blend with fresh and fascinating notes, typical of our area.

Carte Blanche - Brut Champagne is a 3-year cuvée that expresses the true spirit of the JEAN MICHEL Maison. It is unmistakable Pinot Meunier cultivated in the hills of Moussy, a small village 5 km from Epernay, in the area defined as the Coteax d'Epernay and part of the wider Vallée de la Marne, area of choice for this fascinating vine.
The elegant dominant fruity note of Pinot Meunier (50%) is expertly assembled to the pleasant citrus note of Chardonnay (40%) and to the pure and mineral soul of Pinot Noir (10%).
