This Prosecco DOC is made with grapes from the historic area of Treviso, the most important and renowned area for the production of this spumante that is known worldwide as a symbol of the “Made in Italy” assertion. From our Grappa Capo di Stato, made from the distillation in copper alembics of unique wine marcs, obtained from the vinification of our historic red wine “Capo di Stato”, we obtain this precious RISERVA. Through its 60 months maturing in barriques,
previously used for the “Capo di Stato” red wine, this reserve acquires a beautiful amber hue with copper coloured glints. On the nose it has intense notes of cocoa, leather, liquorice and red fruits such as cherry and blackcurrant. On the palate it is smooth and elegant, characteristics that only wood aging can give. The clean aftertaste confirms the previous bouquet notes.
