Ribolla Gialla is a Friulian autochthonous vine variety, which is able to express itself with a freshness and totally particular complexity, that only the limestone, called “ponca” is able to do in the Collio area. Pinot Grigio is recognized in the world as the most classic Italian grape and finds its best success in the Collio, where it is expressed in an exemplary way. We cultivate it in the hill of Blanchis, which over the years, has always shown an incredible production regularity, making it clear that it is a true wine of the region. Its delicate notes of pear and flint make it a perfectly balanced wine. This vintage also presents a fascinating color that slightly leans towards rosé. In the mouth, it is full and round but with a fresh and inviting finish.

Celebrate excellence with the Grappa Riserva 10 Years Anniversary by Distilleria Negroni — a refined spirit crafted from a careful selection of Cabernet and Merlot pomace sourced from the scenic hills of Marca Trevigiana, north of Venice.

Distilled slowly using traditional copper steam stills, this grappa reflects the finest Venetian distilling tradition.

This original Cuvée is the result of the first pressing of 30 years old parcel Chardonnay called Les Mulottes, which the Family Michel was lucky enough to acquire in the 90s.
The nose immediately perceives elegant notes of brioche, combined with classic citrus notes with intriguing hints of white flowers and honey. The taste is a mixture of an important raw material and an unique territory.
