Pinot Grigio is recognized in the world as the most classic Italian grape and finds its best success in the Collio, where it is expressed in an exemplary way. We cultivate it in the hill of Blanchis, which over the years, has always shown an incredible production regularity, making it clear that it is a true wine of the region. Its delicate notes of pear and flint make it a perfectly balanced wine. This vintage also presents a fascinating color that slightly leans towards rosé. In the mouth, it is full and round but with a fresh and inviting finish.

James Suckling 90/100: “The nose of this powerful Pinot Grigio reminds me of a baked-apple and raisin dish my mother used to cook for me as a child. But the wine is properly dry and has some structure. Rather soft finish”.
