A parcel champagne that fully reflects its land. Aged in oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation for 7 months, this wine is clear, sparkling, with light coppery blonde reflections. This original Cuvée is the result of the first pressing of 30 years old parcel Chardonnay called Les Mulottes, which the Family Michel was lucky enough to acquire in the 90s.
