A distinctive feature of this Cuvée is the very long stay on the lees. This Champagne always comes out at least 8-10 years after the harvest.

A parcel champagne that fully reflects its land. Aged in oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation for 7 months, this wine is clear, sparkling, with light coppery blonde reflections. A fine foam brings a final touch of lightness. The aroma is very delicate, with notes of sweet flowers, hazelnuts, ginger and a fruity touch of fresh apricot and grapefruit peel. This original Cuvée is the result of the first pressing of 30 years old parcel Chardonnay called Les Mulottes, which the Family Michel was lucky enough to acquire in the 90s.
