This Prosecco is the clear expression of the ASOLO DOCG area, thanks to its remarkable taste structure, it is completely different from the Prosecco coming from other zones. Infact, Montello’s territory (hilly area in the north of Venice), which is included in Asolo denomination, shows a particular savoury and richness, that emerge in the BRUT version where they find their best expression.
It represents the simple drinking tradition of the Marca Trevigiana and it expresses right from the pouring its genuineness and its aromatic richness (fruity citrus notes, white flowers, sage and smelling herbs).
It is great for the whole meal, in fact, thanks to the particular structure, it can support important food-wine combination.
This Champagne Extra Brut is an assembly of several vintages but made from first pressing, usually reserved for vintage wines. It demonstrates the value of the Maison Jean Michel, specialized in the cultivation of Pinot Meunier from the Moussy hills, small village 5km from Epernay, in the area defined as the Coteax d'Epernay and part of the wider Vallée de la Marne, the area of choice for this fascinating vine.
The elegant dominant fruity note of Pinot Meunier (50%) is expertly assembled to the pleasant citrus note of Chardonnay (40%) and to the pure and mineral soul of Pinot Noir (10%). A Champagne of extreme originality and elegance. This Cuvée Spéciale Brut expresses all the fullness and nobility that we expect from the great Champagnes. Thanks above all to the strict selection of grapes that come from 7 different crus where the Company grows in Moussy and in other neighboring municipalities.
However, the selection process continues also in the cellar to express the true character of the fruit.
A distinctive feature of this Cuvée is the very long stay on the lees. This Champagne always comes out at least 8-10 years after the harvest.

This original Cuvée Indigene derives from a selection of the best grapes from the old “Monti Vineyard”, a plot dating back to 1975, situated on the Montello hillside (in the north of Venice) in the historic Prosecco Superiore area.
Apart from the characteristics of the grapes used, which stem from old Prosecco clones, another feature of this Cuvée is the natural wine-making method used. Soon after a light pressing, the must is placed in a very low temperature autoclave to initiate a very, very slow fermentation process. Thereby only indigenous yeast are used and there is no addition of sugars.
This slow, low-temperature fermentation lasts over 10 months and it creates an extremely fine and elegant perlage, endowing this spumante with its extraordinary creaminess. When united with the natural complexity of Asolo Prosecco, a unique and unmistakable character sets this spumante apart from other kinds.
Created by direct fermentation of the must using indigenous yeasts, this spumante will enable you to rediscover the true original feeling of the Prosecco variety.

A parcel champagne that fully reflects its land. Aged in oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation for 7 months, this wine is clear, sparkling, with light coppery blonde reflections. This selection comes from a small vineyard of only 0.97 hectares planted in 1980 on the Montello hill (50 km north of Venice) in the historic area of the Prosecco Superiore.
Tasso is our only Glera vineyard planted using the “Ritocchino” system and due to this particular exposure it develops a very important structure, typical of the Asolo Prosecco, but also a very elegant and refined bouquet that is not that usual in other vineyards of the area.
The second fermentation follows the Martinotti method and takes place in an autoclave for a period of 90 days, using our indigenous yeasts that always offer an incredible bond between the wine and its terroir.
