This VERMOUTH ROSSO is made from red wine produced at our own farm. The wine is infused in alcohol with herbs and spices such as mugwort, thyme, oregano, rosemary, vanilla pods, quassia, rhubarb root and angelica. Sugar and red wine are then added; the mixture is subsequently filtered and left to mature in stainless steel tanks for a few months. On the nose, it is intense and vinous, with balsamic notes, followed by cinnamon and cloves. On the palate, it is sweet, leaving a slightly tannic note on the finish, which is well-balanced. It has a long, dry finish.

This VERMOUTH BIANCO is crafted from the wine produced from our own cellar. The infusion takes place in alcohol with herbs and spices such as artemisia, rosemary, thyme, and oregano. White wine and sugar are added, followed by filtration, and the mixture is left to age in steel containers for a few months. On the nose it is intense, with balsamic notes followed by hints of almond. Dry and fresh on the palate, with a long, well-balanced bitter finish.
