This artisanal liqueur, made using Williams pears and Brandy, demonstrates Distilleria Negroni’s extraordinary knowledge, combining Italy’s historic traditions with great technique to offer intriguing and innovative products. This liqueur is created using a traditional Italian Brandy of our production aged for 5 years in oak barriques. It is then infused with pear juice and a distillate of William pears that give the final product a clean fruity taste that perfectly balances with the pleasantness of the aged Brandy.
BOUQUET: ripe pear, vanilla, caramel.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 30% vol.
To be served cold or 'on the rocks' as an aperitif or after a meal, it is also delicious mixed with ice-cream.
