This liqueur is made from a natural infusion of aromatic herbs such as orange and lemon peels, rhubarb, licorice and spices as oregan. The infusion, in a hydroalcoholic solution, lasts for 20 days and is then filtered using traditional methods.
COLOUR: completely natural
TASTE: The taste is definitely drier but at the same time it gives a rounder sensation in the mouth compared to the traditional Bitter.
SUGAR: just 100g/lt !
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 25% vol.
It is typically used as a blending product but can also be enjoyed “on the rocks”.
How was the recipe discovered?
The recipe of this natural Bitter comes from our Master Distiller Alan Granzotto's personal recipe book. He used to prepare this product at home back in the 90's because, when trying new cocktail blends with his friends, he didn't want that classic red Bitter colour.
