Grappa Monovitigno Moscato

The Grappa di Monovitigno Moscato is made with pure grape marc from the Moscato grapes Piemontese: these are collected in sealed plastic bins, fermented at controlled temperature, and immediately sent for distillation. The distillation is carried using the old discontinuous system in a bain-marie, slowly and strictly controlled.

Grappa Monovitigno Chardonnay

The "Grappa di Chardonnay" is obtained using the fine pomace coming from the grapes of Chardonnay, preserved and fermented in small plastic containers that allow to keep the scents and aromas intact, typical of the vine.

Young grappa, obtained following the ancient discontinuous system in bain-marie. Produced with pomace coming directly from the farm owned, which maintain the freshness ideal for obtaining a 'gentle' grappa.

In the production of Grappa di Monovitigno Prosecco, to best reflect the characteristics of the grape, the skins are collected in sealed plastic boxes and immediately sent for distillation. In this way you avoid contamination with other varieties derived from grape pomace.

Excellent softness, great elegance and refinement that fully reflects the characteristics of the Glera grape.

It is made from rigosously selected marc-grapes obtained from high quality grapessuch as from Count Loredan Gasparini's Winery in Venegazzù. Distillation is made following the traditional discountinuous process of double boiling, the only one which enable to exalt tastes and scents, already being part in grapes at origin (Riva Vecia: Cabernet e Prosecco - Della Casa: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot Malbec). The fragrance, so deep and persistent, gives after tasting a great sensation of balance and harmony.

Graphit Premium Blended Rum

In the 1950s Stefan Penninger III imported Rum from the Caribbean and also sold it to miners working in nearby graphite quarries.

So after 50 years, from this distant family appeal, Stefan Penninger V, current owner of the distillery, thought of recreating a fascinating blend of Rum from 6 different origins that balance well with each other: Barbados, Guyana, Trinidad, Jamaica, Panama and the Dominican Republic.

Graphit comes first with a natural color, because it is without the addition of dyes, then it has decidedly fruity scents and a good softness but given by the richness of these rums, because it is also without the addition of sugars. On the palate it is very persistent and fascinating smoky notes emerge that derive from the aging in wood for about 5 years.
