Amaro Negroni
Liqueur obtained through the infusion of roots and aromatic herbs together with Taraxacum and Radicchio rosso trevigiano, typical products of Venetian estate. Infusion on selected alcohol basis gives origin to this excellent digestive product.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
COLOUR: brown with copper reflex.
SCENT: keen aroma, medium intensity. Dominating Rhubarb and Ginseng flavours.
TASTE: smooth and balanced to the palate. Pleasantly bitter, at first the tactile sensations are coming out with inkling of Rhubarb and Ginseng, in the aftertaste rises the citric note due to infusion in orange zests. Good persistance lasts several minutes after the tasting, leaving a smooth bitterish sensation in mouth.

Grappa Reale Riserva 10 years Decanter
This grappa reserve is obtained by selecting the best marcs coming from the Marca of the Treviso, in the north of Venice. The distillation is done slow and controlled using the ancient system of copper boilers for steam, as the best tradition of Veneto region. Subsequently, this grappa is aged for at least 10 years in barrels of precious woods, acquiring a complexity that only time can offer.

Collio DOC 2015 Ronco Blanchis
This white wine represents the essence of Collio and of the Blanchis hill: it is a blend of our original Friulano, a very elegant Chardonnay, a touch of Malvasia and a fragrant Sauvignon. Tocai Friulano is harvested when it begins to come attacked by the noble mold (botrytis cinerea) which creates a complexity hardly repeatable in other areas. The Chardonnay, characterized by calcareous soils, is vinified in new wood and gives a touch of extraordinary elegance. Then the notes of Malvasia and Sauvignon complete the cut with fresh and fascinating notes, typical of our area.

Ribolla Gialla is a Friulian autochthonous vine variety, which is able to express itself with a freshness and totally particular complexity, that only the limestone, called “ponca” is able to do in the Collio area. A fresh and light wine with acacia and forest scents that is well suited to all types of soup and particularly to fish dishes.

Pinot Grigio 2024 DOC Collio Ronco Blanchis
Pinot Grigio is recognized in the world as the most classic Italian grape and finds its best success in the Collio, where it is expressed in an exemplary way. We cultivate it in the hill of Blanchis, which over the years, has always shown an incredible production regularity, making it clear that it is a true wine of the region. Its delicate notes of pear and flint make it a perfectly balanced wine. This vintage also presents a fascinating color that slightly leans towards rosé. In the mouth, it is full and round but with a fresh and inviting finish.

Grappa Riserva 10 years Anniversary
This Grappa Riserva 10 years is the result of a selection of the best marc from the hills of the Marca Trevigiana, North of Venice. It is distilled following the ancient discontinuous method in copper stills, heated using steam, according to the Venetian tradition.
It then ages for at least 10 years in refined wooden barriques where it acquires a complexity that only time can give.
