First production of our punches dates back to the 1960 and the tradition continues to this day, to seek out the best raw materials to obtain a traditionally crafted quality product. The taste is particularly intense, perfectly suited to be served warmed up by a shot of stream. This liqueur is born from our passion for Italian espresso coffee. We selected a variety of Arabica coffee and infused it before diluting in alcohol with a touch of added caramel, thus producing an even smoother more intriguing liqueur.

This artisanal liqueur, made using Williams pears and Brandy, demonstrates Distilleria Negroni’s extraordinary knowledge, combining Italy’s historic traditions with great technique to offer intriguing and innovative products. This liqueur is created using a traditional Italian Brandy of our production aged for 5 years in oak barriques. It is then infused with pear juice and a distillate of William pears that give the final product a clean fruity taste that perfectly balances with the pleasantness of the aged Brandy.
