Falconera 2021 Merlot DOC Montello
FALCONERA is the name of one of Venegazzu’s most stunning vineyards, in the Montello area (50 km North of Venice). It is here that the legendary Count Loredan, a prominent figure in the history of wine, used to go hunting with his falcons. The Falconera vineyard truly has a unique beauty: the classic lines of a late 18th century Palladian villa serve as the background to a wonderful vineyard of Merlot vines.
This wine is a real classic from the Venegazzu’ terroir !

Boxer Gin was the first Fresh Botanical Gin, characterized by bold juniper notes that remain clearly present even in mixed drinks.
Its intense taste and aromas come from the use of fresh botanicals – the world's most elegant juniper and the most complex citrus fruit available on the planet. The Black Juniper is a rare variety that grows only at the highest altitudes of the Himalayas; the distinctive citrus notes come from freshly cut, organic bergamot peel, harvested in sun-kissed groves in Southern Italy.
This is a very dry and well-balanced gin, with spicy sensations that emerge especially in the finish. A truly unique and original gin, both for the composition and quality of its raw ingredients and for its distillation method using traditional copper pot stills.
Its sustainable principles are also highly appreciated.

Ribolla Gialla 2024 DOC Collio Ronco Blanchis
Ribolla Gialla is a Friulian autochthonous vine variety, which is able to express itself with a freshness and totally particular complexity, that only the limestone, called “ponca” is able to do in the Collio area. A fresh and light wine with acacia and forest scents that is well suited to all types of soup and particularly to fish dishes.
