Carte Blanche - Brut Champagne is a 3-year cuvée that expresses the true spirit of the Jean Michel Maison. It is unmistakable Pinot Meunier cultivated in the hills of Moussy, a small village 5 km from Epernay, in the area defined as the Coteax d'Epernay and part of the wider Vallée de la Marne, area of choice for this fascinating vine.

The elegant dominant fruity note of Pinot Meunier (50%) is expertly assembled to the pleasant citrus note of Chardonnay (40%) and to the pure and mineral soul of Pinot Noir (10%).

This Curvée Special Brut Champagne expresses all the fullness and nobility, thanks to the iron selection that comes from 7 different crus cultiveted in Moussy and in other neighboring municipalities. However, the selection process continues in the cellar as it is used only the free-run must, the first part of the pressing. A distinctive feature of this Cuvée is also the long stay on the lees. In fact, this Champagne always comes out at least 8-10 years after the harvest.
