This Calvados comes from the small sub-area of Domfrontais, where fermented apple and pear distils (min. 30%). After aging for 12 years in oak stems, this best represents the essence of Calvados, where fruity aromas are combined with ripe notes of candied fruit, vanilla, and a delicate, soft spice. Ideal as an end of meal. Also recommended in combination with a sorbet, on apple pies and in general also on desserts with creams.
