Grappa Trevisana al Radicchio
This grappa flavored with radicchio Negroni, amber color and sweet taste, was born to the infusion of Radicchio Rosso di Treviso IGT, variety "tardivo", and a Grappa di Prosecco. The result is a product that combines the delicate bitter tone of the vegetable and the power of alcohol.

Graphit Premium Blended Rum
In the 1950s Stefan Penninger III imported Rum from the Caribbean and also sold it to miners working in nearby graphite quarries.
So after 50 years, from this distant family appeal, Stefan Penninger V, current owner of the distillery, thought of recreating a fascinating blend of Rum from 6 different origins that balance well with each other: Barbados, Guyana, Trinidad, Jamaica, Panama and the Dominican Republic.
Graphit comes first with a natural color, because it is without the addition of dyes, then it has decidedly fruity scents and a good softness but given by the richness of these rums, because it is also without the addition of sugars. On the palate it is very persistent and fascinating smoky notes emerge that derive from the aging in wood for about 5 years.

Liqueur Pear Williams and Brandy
This artisanal liqueur, made using Williams pears and Brandy, demonstrates Distilleria Negroni’s extraordinary knowledge, combining Italy’s historic traditions with great technique to offer intriguing and innovative products. This liqueur is created using a traditional Italian Brandy of our production aged for 5 years in oak barriques. It is then infused with pear juice and a distillate of William pears that give the final product a clean fruity taste that perfectly balances with the pleasantness of the aged Brandy.

"Persica" Grappa and Peach
The Persica, grappa of Negroni Antica Distilleria, is a blend between the Grappa di Prosecco, peach juice and natural aromas. While remaining in the tradition of the Venetian grappa, this product is enriched in the flavour and the taste from white-fleshed fish, which makes it ideal for a young and friendly people.

Grappa Riserva 10 years Anniversary
This Grappa Riserva 10 years is the result of a selection of the best marc from the hills of the Marca Trevigiana, North of Venice. It is distilled following the ancient discontinuous method in copper stills, heated using steam, according to the Venetian tradition.
It then ages for at least 10 years in refined wooden barriques where it acquires a complexity that only time can give.

This is a typical quality Grappa, a tradition of the Veneto region that has been reconised for centuries.
