Gin G was born from the passion of our founder Giancarlo for Isabella grapes, also known as Strawberry grapes, which we grow on our land in Volpago del Montello.

This grappa reserve is obtained by selecting the best marcs coming from the Marca of the Treviso, in the north of Venice. The Grappa di Monovitigno Moscato is made with pure grape marc from the Moscato grapes Piemontese: these are collected in sealed plastic bins, fermented at controlled temperature, and immediately sent for distillation. The distillation is carried using the old discontinuous system in a bain-marie, slowly and strictly controlled.

Young grappa, obtained following the ancient discontinuous system in bain-marie. Produced with pomace coming directly from the farm owned, which maintain the freshness ideal for obtaining a 'gentle' grappa.

In the production of Grappa di Monovitigno Prosecco, to best reflect the characteristics of the grape, the skins are collected in sealed plastic boxes and immediately sent for distillation. In this way you avoid contamination with other varieties derived from grape pomace.
