Gin Gift Box – 3 Bottles – Negroni Distillery

Gin G is born from the passion of the founder Giancarlo for Isabella grapes, also known as Strawberry Grapes, which we cultivate on our own land in Volpago del Montello.
Together with juniper berries, orange and lemon peel, plus a touch of licorice and other spices, these are the original botanicals of our Dry Gin.

1 bottle of RAD GIN
RAD as Radicchio, RAD as an abbreviation of “radical”, meaning bold, fantastic, cool, crazy.

A gin that represents our territory and the history of Negroni, which since the 1960s has used infusions of the typical Treviso chicory in its distillates.

Gift Box featuring Amaro and Grappa infused with Red Radicchio of Treviso IGP
1 bottle of Amaro Trevisano
A traditional after-dinner liqueur, obtained from the infusion of Red Radicchio of Treviso I.G.P. (late variety). Amaro Negroni brings together the finest properties of this prized type of chicory.
The radicchio is cut into pieces and left to macerate in alcohol (50–60% vol.) for about 90 days. After this period, it is pressed to extract the infusion, which is then filtered and blended with alcohol and sugar.
The tonic and bitter character of this liqueur makes it an excellent digestive stimulant, also giving it purifying properties.
A wonderful way to combine the pleasure of drinking with care and respect for ourselves.

Torchiato di Fregona DOCG 'Piera Dolza'
Produced from the appassimento (drying process) of three native grape varieties: Glera, Verdiso, and Boschera.
The production of Torchiato di Fregona follows an ancient method. According to the official production regulations, no chemical additives are allowed — everything is done by harnessing the seasons, the unique microclimate of the Fregona area, and the winemaker’s experience.
Legend has it that in the 1600s, a winemaker was forced to harvest grapes before they were fully ripe due to an early frost. He laid the grapes on racks in his attic. The following spring, he was surprised to find the grapes had become incredibly sweet, yet hardened from the drying process. He decided to press them several times and left the resulting must to rest in small barrels, without much expectation. A year later, the first tasting lit up the farmer’s face — he realized he had discovered an extraordinary wine. Thus, Torchiato di Fregona was born.
