Aged 24 months in barriques
An elegant Riserva Grappa made from red Amarone grape pomace, distilled using a traditional discontinuous method in bain-marie copper stills to preserve its refined organoleptic properties. A 24-month aging in oak barriques enhances the spirit with notes of ripe fruit and a unique aromatic complexity.

Presented in a wooden case, it is perfect for collectors, connoisseurs, or as a prestigious gift.
Farfalla Rossa is obtained by macerating blackcurrant berries.
Afterwards, a selection of spices and herbs is macerated to balance the blackcurrant, followed by the addition of a touch of lemon that brings freshness.
On the palate, it is a complex liqueur, ranging from herbal, tart, and astringent notes of blackcurrant, accompanied by the bitterness of cloves and coriander seeds, and the warm notes of cinnamon, with a final peppery touch.

Best enjoyed chilled or over ice, as an aperitif or after a meal.
On the nose, aromas of star anise, fennel, and mint prevail.

On the palate, it is sweet and velvety, with a dense texture.
The intense flavor of anise lingers in the aftertaste, gently enveloping the senses.

This traditional grappa, in its aged "stravecchia" version, is the result of traditional steam distillation and a rigorous selection of the finest vintages, followed by long aging in Slavonian oak barrels. It thus takes on its characteristic straw-yellow color and develops a smooth, delicate flavor.

Liqueur made by infusing chamomile flowers in an alcoholic solution.
The flowers are harvested in the mountains of Cadore, at an altitude of 900–1000 meters.
Our grappa is then added to the infusion.
The color of the product is entirely natural, thanks to the use of both fresh and dried chamomile flowers.
When consumed neat, we recommend serving it chilled
at a temperature of 6–8°C.
It is also excellent for mixing.
