Young grappa, obtained following the ancient discontinuous system in bain-marie. Produced with pomace coming directly from the farm owned, which maintain the freshness ideal for obtaining a 'gentle' grappa.

In the production of Grappa di Monovitigno Prosecco, to best reflect the characteristics of the grape, the skins are collected in sealed plastic boxes and immediately sent for distillation. In this way you avoid contamination with other varieties derived from grape pomace.

Liqueur produced with selected Calabrian licorice. As soon as it arrives at the distillery, the powdered licorice comes infused in hydroalcoholic solution and sugar. The liqueur thus obtained rests for several weeks in steel tanks and, after a light filtration, it is bottled.

In this case, a careful selection from a small particle (1.00 hectar) located in the most calcareous side of the hill, expresses elegance and extraordinary fineness. Thanks to the natural characteristics of the soil this Chardonnay reaches great maturation keeping at the same time highest freshness, as in the best world's production areas.

This tradional product of our region has a clear crystalline hue: its natural colour may vary from a pale chlorophyil green to a more intense shade of green, accompanied by the pleasant aroma of this medicinal herb.

This white wine represents the essence of the Collio appellation and in particular of the Blanchis hill. It is a blend made up of our original Friulano, an incredibly elegant Chardonnay, a touch of Malvasia and a fragrant Sauvignon. The Tocai Friulano is harvested when starting to be attacked by noble rot (botrytis cinerea) which creates a complexity hard to find in other production areas. Instead the Chardonnay, which is planted on the top of the Blanchis hill where the terrain is rich in limestone, is vinified in new oak barriques and gives the wine an incredible elegance. The Malvasia and the Sauvignon complete the blend with fresh and fascinating notes, typical of our area.
