After 60 months of aging within the barriques of "Capo di Stato" wine, this Reserve acquires a beautiful amber color with copper highlights.

This white grappa of Loredan Gasparini is made from a strict selection of grape skins obtained from high quality grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec coming from the vinification of the red wine “Capo di Stato” (Head of State). 

To enhance the parfumes and the grape varietie's characteristics, distillation is made in small copper still according to the traditional “bain-marie” discontinuous method. Traditional and elegant Grappa at 48°.
