Celebrate excellence with the Grappa Riserva 10 Years Anniversary by Distilleria Negroni — a refined spirit crafted from a careful selection of Cabernet and Merlot pomace sourced from the scenic hills of Marca Trevigiana, north of Venice.
Distilled slowly using traditional copper steam stills, this grappa reflects the finest Venetian distilling tradition.
It is then aged for at least 10 years in small barrels of fine wood, developing a rich aromatic complexity and exceptional smoothness.
Tasting notes:
Color: bright, amber.
Aroma: elegant and complex, with hints of toasted wood, vanilla, hazelnut, and a touch of white pepper.
Taste: smooth and enveloping, with a long, harmonious finish.
Alcohol content: 40% vol
Perfect for quiet moments of indulgence or as a prestigious gift, beautifully presented in an elegant gift box.
Gin G was born from the passion of our founder Giancarlo for Isabella grapes, also known as Strawberry grapes, which we grow on our land in Volpago del Montello.
Together with juniper berries, orange and lemon peel, a hint of licorice, and other spices, these are the original botanicals that make up our unique Dry Gin.
Alcohol content: 45% vol.

Produced from the appassimento (drying process) of three native grape varieties: Glera, Verdiso, and Boschera.
The production of Torchiato di Fregona follows an ancient method. According to the official production regulations, no chemical additives are allowed — everything is done by harnessing the seasons, the unique microclimate of the Fregona area, and the winemaker’s experience.
Legend has it that in the 1600s, a winemaker was forced to harvest grapes before they were fully ripe due to an early frost. He laid the grapes on racks in his attic. The following spring, he was surprised to find the grapes had become incredibly sweet, yet hardened from the drying process. He decided to press them several times and left the resulting must to rest in small barrels, without much expectation. A year later, the first tasting lit up the farmer’s face — he realized he had discovered an extraordinary wine. Thus, Torchiato di Fregona was born.
