After the infusion in a hydroalcoholic solution the product is filtered following traditional methods.

This liqueur is created using a traditional Italian Brandy of our production aged for 5 years in oak barriques. It is then infused with pear juice and a distillate of William pears that give the final product a clean fruity taste that perfectly balances with the pleasantness of the aged Brandy.
