This Champagne Extra Brut is an assembly of several vintages but made from first pressing, usually reserved for vintage wines. It demonstrates the value of the Maison Jean Michel, specialized in the cultivation of Pinot Meunier from the Moussy hills, small village 5km from Epernay, in the area defined as the Coteax d'Epernay and part of the wider Vallée de la Marne, the area of choice for this fascinating vine.
The elegant dominant fruity note of Pinot Meunier (50%) is expertly assembled to the pleasant citrus note of Chardonnay (40%) and to the pure and mineral soul of Pinot Noir (10%). A Champagne of extreme originality and elegance. Clearly, this Extra Brut not vintage demonstrates that JEAN MICHEL is a small récoltant manipulant (RM) extremely attentive to maintaining the traditional character of the lands of Champagne.

Capo di Stato Grappa – 1L
This exceptional grappa is born from a rigorous selection of rare and unique pomace, the result of the vinification of the historic red wine "Capo di Stato" from the Venegazzù area in Veneto.

To best enhance the aromas and varietal characteristics, the grappa is distilled in small copper boilers using the traditional discontinuous bain-marie method, which — thanks to its excellent steam control — yields a grappa with a unique and unmistakable character.

A traditional and elegant grappa at 48°.

A parcel champagne that fully reflects its land. Aged in oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation for 7 months, this wine is clear, sparkling, with light coppery blonde reflections. A fine foam brings a final touch of lightness. The aroma is very delicate, with notes of sweet flowers, hazelnuts, ginger and a fruity touch of fresh apricot and grapefruit peel. A few notes of fresh butter are felt when the wine heats up. The attack in the mouth is energetic and striking. The absence of liquor gives continuity to the wine. The creamy and vanilla sensation is balanced by the liveliness and lasts until the end.

This artisanal Italian grappa comes from the fine white grapes of Ronco Blanchis in the Collio Goriziano, one of the most fascinating wine regions in the world. The fresh pomace is immediately distilled in a traditional bain-marie discontinuous still, ensuring maximum expression. It is then aged for one year and bottled at 45% ABV to offer fullness and smooth sensations, all without any added sugar. Truly a grappa of the highest quality, well worth tasting!

This white wine represents the essence of the Collio appellation and in particular of the Blanchis hill. It is a blend made up of our original Friulano, an incredibly elegant Chardonnay, a touch of Malvasia and a fragrant Sauvignon. The Tocai Friulano is harvested when starting to be attacked by noble rot (botrytis cinerea) which creates a complexity hard to find in other production areas. Instead the Chardonnay, which is planted on the top of the Blanchis hill where the terrain is rich in limestone, is vinified in new oak barriques and gives the wine an incredible elegance. The Malvasia and the Sauvignon complete the blend with fresh and fascinating notes, typical of our area.
