This original Cuvée is the result of the first pressing of 30 years old parcel Chardonnay called Les Mulottes, which the Family Michel was lucky enough to acquire in the 90s.
The nose immediately perceives elegant notes of brioche, combined with classic citrus notes with intriguing hints of white flowers and honey. The taste is a mixture of an important raw material and an unique territory.

It is unmistakable Pinot Meunier cultivated in the hills of Moussy, a small village 5km from Epernay, in the area defined as the Coteax d'Epernay and part of the wider Vallée de la Marne, area of choice for this fascinating vine.

This Cuvée Spéciale Brut expresses all the fullness and nobility that we expect from the great Champagnes. Thanks above all to the strict selection of grapes that come from 7 different crus where the Company grows in Moussy and in other neighboring municipalities.
However, the selection process continues also in the cellar to express the true character of the fruit.
A distinctive feature of this Cuvée is the very long stay on the lees. This Champagne always comes out at least 8-10 years after the harvest.

This is the historical wine of the Conte Loredan and is the expression of the terroir of Venegazzù in the Alta Marca of Treviso north of Venice. Created in the 50's as a result of the best selection of grapes from the estate, it has always represented an avant-garde originality in the interpretation of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec denominations, where the beautiful freshness of the land of the Venegazzù terrain gives a natural elegance.

ROSE '- BRUT Champagne is the result of a long tradition which includes the cutting a small percentage of red wine (Pinot Noir) to create a sparkling wine. CUVÉE EDEN is an original Bordeaux Supérieur based on Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec, which is aged in oak and concrete barrels. The powerful and spicy nose evokes cherry jelly. The palate is full and fleshy with supple and crisp tannins. A wine without artifice that can be aged without fear.

This white wine represents the essence of the Collio appellation and in particular of the Blanchis hill. It is a blend made up of our original Friulano, an incredibly elegant Chardonnay, a touch of Malvasia and a fragrant Sauvignon. The Tocai Friulano is harvested when starting to be attacked by noble rot (botrytis cinerea) which creates a complexity hard to find in other production areas. Instead the Chardonnay, which is planted on the top of the Blanchis hill where the terrain is rich in limestone, is vinified in new oak barriques and gives the wine an incredible elegance. The Malvasia and the Sauvignon complete the blend with fresh and fascinating notes, typical of our area.

This Curvée Special Brut Champagne expresses all the fullness and nobility, thanks to the iron selection that comes from 7 different crus cultiveted in Moussy and in other neighboring municipalities. However, the selection process continues in the cellar as it is used only the free-run must, the first part of the pressing. A distinctive feature of this Cuvée is also the long stay on the lees. In fact, this Champagne always comes out at least 8-10 years after the harvest.
