Chardonnay vine finds his best expression in the marl and limestones of Collio soil. In this case, a careful selection from a small particle (1.00 hectar) located in the most calcareous side of the hill, expresses elegance and extraordinary fineness. Thanks to the natural characteristics of the soil this Chardonnay reaches great maturation keeping at the same time highest freshness, as in the best world's production areas.

VINEYARD: Particella 3 (1.00 hectar) located on the top of Blanchis hill.
VINIFICATION: soft crushing of the whole grapes.
AGEING: 6 months in new French barrique from Burgundy.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT: 14.00% vol.
