MALBEC 2019 RED SPARKLING WINE BRUT VINE: Malbec

VINEYARD vineyards of the Venegazzù area (50km North of Venice), North-South exposure,110 meters above.m sea level, red soil, very rich in minerals and iron in particular.

HARVEST: 30 September 2019 / YIELD: 90 quintals/hectare

AGE OF THE VINEYARDS : 20 years

VINIFICATION: 5 days maceration in steel tanks (150HL) – indigenous yeasts

SECOND FERMENTATION: 4 months in autoclave with Martinotti method and indigenous yeasts

Alcohol: 12.20 % vol.

Total acidity: 5.60 g/l

Residual sugar: 0.6 g/l

Overpressure 3.0 75 cl.
