COLOUR: straw yellow.
TASTE: great tasting structure and balanced alcoholic content.
SCENT: finesse and elegant, initially it reveals its floreal and fruity (pear, melon, yellow peach) notes which develop in sweet almond, honey and sage notes.
Risottos, bean soup, egg based dishes, cream or semi-seasoned cheese, white meat, seafood especially shellfish.
